Who We Are
The Tiger Youth Basketball Organization (TYBO) is a community-driven program in Greenfield, Ohio dedicated to developing young athletes through fundamentals, teamwork, and character. We provide opportunities for boys and girls in grades 3–6 to learn the game, grow their skills, and compete with pride—regardless of previous experience.

What Makes Us Different
We believe great basketball starts with great habits. TYBO focuses on teaching the “why” behind the game—not just running plays. Our coaches emphasize effort, discipline, teamwork, and high basketball IQ. When athletes leave our program, they’re not just better players—they’re better leaders.

More Than a Program
TYBO isn’t just about basketball. We partner closely with the Greenfield Exempted Village School District and consistently invest back into our gyms, equipment, and student-athlete experience. From facility improvements to halftime performances at varsity games, we prepare our youth to represent Tiger basketball at the next level.

Rec + Travel = The TYBO Pathway
We offer both recreational and travel programs. Our rec league is open to everyone and builds a strong foundation. From there, athletes may earn a spot on our travel teams, where they compete in the Tri-County Youth League and the Ross County YMCA League. This pathway allows players of ALL skill levels to grow at their own pace and reach their potential.

Our Mission
To develop exceptional youth basketball players while teaching life skills such as confidence, commitment, sportsmanship, and work ethic.
We build athletes. We build character. We build Tigers.

Our Values
Respect. Effort. Teamwork. Accountability. Heart.
These are the standards we hold for our players, coaches, and parents. When you wear “Tigers,” you represent a tradition of excellence—and a community that stands behind you.

TYBO is where passion meets purpose, tradition meets opportunity, and young athletes become the next generation of Tigers.
